Order Processing & Handling
- Handling time: 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday.
- Orders are processed after payment is confirmed or a business quote is approved.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
- Special-order, backordered, and customized products may require additional processing time. Any extended lead time will be communicated before order confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping time: 2–5 business days after order processing.
- Estimated total delivery time: 3–8 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders are shipped using reputable carriers based on destination and availability.
- Tracking information will be provided when available.
- Delivery estimates may vary due to product availability, carrier delays, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping estimates provided during checkout or included in an approved quote will apply when applicable.
Shipping Costs & Handling Fee
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the order, destination, package size, weight, and shipping method.
- A 4% handling fee applies to the order total, unless otherwise stated in an approved quote.
- Applicable shipping and handling charges are disclosed during checkout or included in the customer’s quote.
- Additional charges may apply to special delivery requirements or customized orders.
Business Quotes
For business customers, pricing, availability, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times are confirmed during the quote review process.
Quotes may vary based on order quantity, supplier availability, shipping destination, and product lead times.
