2. Definitions

Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Customer: An individual, business, organization, or other entity purchasing products or services from Precision Tech Supply.
Goods: IT hardware, equipment, accessories, software, and other products offered by Precision Tech Supply.
Order: A customer’s request to purchase Goods.
Quotation: A written price proposal provided by Precision Tech Supply.
Specifications: The product requirements, technical details, quantities, and other terms agreed upon by the parties.
Agreement: These Terms, the applicable quotation, order confirmation, invoice, and any other written terms expressly accepted by Precision Tech Supply.

3. Quotations and Order Acceptance

3.1 Quotations

Quotations are subject to product availability, supplier pricing, market conditions, and applicable expiration dates. Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid only for the period specified in the quotation.

Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted.

3.2 Order Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase and does not guarantee acceptance.

Precision Tech Supply reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel an order for reasons including:

Product unavailability
Pricing or listing errors
Supplier restrictions
Payment verification concerns
Shipping limitations
Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

An order becomes accepted when Precision Tech Supply provides written confirmation, processes payment, or begins fulfillment, unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for verifying all order information, including:

Quantity
Shipping and billing addresses

4. Product Information and Availability

5. Pricing, Taxes, and Fees

Prices may exclude shipping charges, handling fees, sales tax, duties, and other applicable charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

A 4% handling fee based on the order total may apply unless a different fee is specified in an approved quotation.

Applicable taxes and charges will be calculated or disclosed during the quotation, order, or checkout process.

Precision Tech Supply reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by an incorrect price, subject to applicable law.

6. Payment Terms

Payment must be made using an approved payment method or another method agreed upon in writing.

Customers confirm that:

They are authorized to use the selected payment method.
The payment information provided is accurate.
They have authorization to place the order.
Sufficient funds or approved credit are available.

Precision Tech Supply may conduct payment verification and fraud-prevention checks.

For business customers, payment terms may be established through an approved quotation, invoice, credit arrangement, or separate written agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due before order fulfillment.

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 Business Days, Monday through Friday.

Processing may take longer for special-order, customized, or supplier-direct products.

7.2 Transit Time

Estimated shipping transit time is generally 2–5 Business Days after processing.

The estimated total delivery time is approximately 3–8 Business Days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on the destination, carrier, product availability, and shipping method.

7.3 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may depend on:

Product dimensions and weight
Order quantity
Shipping method
Carrier charges
Special handling requirements

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times for business orders may be confirmed during the quotation process.

7.4 Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress and ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery when necessary.

7.5 Shipping Delays

Precision Tech Supply is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Carrier delays
Severe weather
Holidays
Transportation disruptions
Supplier delays
Product availability issues
Incorrect or incomplete customer information

Customers should contact us if an order is delayed or tracking information indicates a delivery issue.

7.6 Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Additional charges may apply for address corrections, re-shipping, or undeliverable shipments.

8. Special and Custom Orders

Special-order, customized, configured, or supplier-restricted products may have extended processing times or additional terms.

Any applicable limitations, estimated lead times, and cancellation or return restrictions will be disclosed before order confirmation whenever reasonably possible.

Custom, customized, and specially configured products may be non-cancellable and non-returnable as stated in the applicable quotation or order confirmation.

9. Inspection and Product Issues

Customers should inspect products promptly after delivery.

If a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing components, the Customer should contact Precision Tech Supply as soon as possible and provide:

Order number
Product details
Description of the issue
Photographs, where applicable
Relevant shipping or delivery information

Failure to report an issue promptly may affect our ability to investigate shipping claims or coordinate a resolution.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise stated:

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused and returned in their original condition.
Original packaging, accessories, documentation, and included components must be returned.
Eligible returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged during transit, or incorrectly supplied.
An approved Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) is required before returning a product.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned at the Customer’s expense.
Returns generally require 15–30 days to process after receipt, including inspection and refund processing.

Custom, customized, specially configured, and other disclosed non-returnable products are excluded, except where required by applicable law.

11. Warranties

Products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, supplier warranty, or Precision Tech Supply warranty, depending on the product and its disclosed condition.

Warranty coverage, duration, and available remedies may vary by product.

Unless expressly provided in writing, Precision Tech Supply does not guarantee that a manufacturer will provide warranty coverage, technical support, software updates, or other services for products purchased through our business.

Warranty coverage may not apply to issues caused by:

Improper installation
Misuse or abuse
Unauthorized modifications
Physical damage
Neglect
Improper environmental conditions
Use contrary to manufacturer instructions

Customers should review applicable warranty terms before purchasing.

12. Software and Digital Products

Software, licenses, subscriptions, digital products, and electronically delivered products may be subject to separate manufacturer or license agreements.

Customers agree to comply with applicable license terms.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, software licenses, digital products, subscriptions, and non-physical services may be non-returnable and non-refundable.

13. Product Compatibility and Suitability

Customers are responsible for confirming that products are suitable for their intended application, system, environment, and requirements.

Precision Tech Supply does not guarantee compatibility with a particular system unless compatibility has been expressly confirmed in writing.

Customers should review manufacturer specifications, installation requirements, and applicable technical documentation before installation or use.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and other materials owned by Precision Tech Supply, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks, product names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on our website does not necessarily indicate affiliation, authorization, or endorsement.

15. Website Use

Customers agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes
Submit false or misleading information
Attempt unauthorized access to website systems
Interfere with website operation
Upload malicious software or harmful code
Misuse customer accounts or payment systems
Infringe the rights of Precision Tech Supply or third parties

16. Force Majeure

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Precision Tech Supply will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Precision Tech Supply’s total liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Precision Tech Supply and its representatives from claims, losses, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

The Customer’s violation of these Terms
Improper use of purchased products
Unauthorized modifications or installations
The Customer’s violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

This provision does not apply to the extent that the claim results from Precision Tech Supply’s own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable in the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute will be handled in a court of appropriate jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and other mandatory legal requirements.

20. Changes to These Terms

Precision Tech Supply may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective or update date. Changes will generally apply prospectively and will not affect orders already accepted unless permitted by law or agreed upon by the parties.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the applicable quotation, order confirmation, invoice, policies, and expressly agreed written terms, constitute the entire agreement between Precision Tech Supply and the Customer regarding the applicable transaction.
